We love Ethiopian coffees! Ethiopia is the birthplace of coffee so we want to make sure we pay homage to the skilled and hard-working producers who call Ethiopia home. Tsebel, which means Holy Water in Amharic, is the washed, flagship community lot from Catalyst Trade which guarantees the same levels of sustainability, traceability, and flavor profile across all participants in the program.
