About the Coffee
One of our favorite origins to bring at this time of year, this washed process Mexican coffee makes such an easy to love cup! With a flavor profile of caramelly cola, a hint of lime acidity o brighten your mornings, and a pleasant praline note that just hits home in the cooler weather!Â
Â
In the highlands of the Chiapas mountain range, the El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve is a protected sanctuary for thousands of plants and animals that call Mesoamerica's largest continuous cloud forest home. The women's association for the Triunfo Verde Co-Op produce some amazing, all shade grown coffee that helps promote bird and animal migration in the area. Furthermore, all 51 members work to combat a number of hardships faced by the women farmers of Mexico, including domestic violence, land ownership, increasing educational opportunities, and more.Â
