In coffee, we talk a lot about the processing used on each coffee. Processing is how the seeds of the coffee cherries, what we know as coffee beans, are removed from the fruit and prepped before bagging. We often get asked what the difference is between all the methods and how it affects the flavor of the coffee. So, in partnership with Ally Coffee, we have sourced a way for you to taste the difference yourself!

We have brought together three processing methods of the same coffee(s) for you to try! All coming from the Koke Washing Station in the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia, each Koke offering consists of the same coffee varietals grown at the same altitude! We have the Natural Processed, Honey Processed, and Washed Processed Koke Coffees so be sure to try them all!
