Sirius has teamed up with Destihl Brewery in Bloomington, Illinois for a special release! We started with an amazing blend of 100% Arabica, Nicaraguan coffees, made up from our offerings from our long time partners Gold Mountain Coffee Growers. 

Codenamed "Perfect Blue", the green coffee was then placed into a wooden barrel used to age fantastic bourbon, then used to age Destihl's incredible Imperial Stout: Dosvidanya! 

Now the barrel has been aging the coffee for two weeks, allowing the coffee to undergo an intense profile change, absorbing characteristics from the barrel, bourbon, and beer! We stand with Destihl's boycott on bland, and hope you all do as well!
