Sirius is excited to partner with Destihl Brewery for a Barrel-Aged Coffee Release in highlight of the award-winning Dosvidanya® Imperial Stout!
Using a Washed Process Guatemala from the celebrated Huehuetenango region, we aged green coffee beans for 2 weeks inside a Heaven Hill Rye Whiskey Barrel! This same barrel held the anticipated 2026 Dosvidanya® Imperial Stout for two years for Destihl's 2-Year Rye Reserve variant!
The deep flavors and aromas from the 2-year aged imperial stout, the rye whiskey the barrel used to hold, and the woody expression of the barrel itself have absorbed into the green coffee, which has been roasted to ensure each cup is a perfect blend of coffee, whiskey, and stout flavor!
It's time to Get Sirius and Boycott Bland with this one! This limited release will be roasted on 02/13 and available until supplies run out.
